Cool - how'd you do this?
Thanks. I turned my photo B&W in Photoshop and then just used photoshop paintbrush to paint in the colors of the bubbles. It's one of my favorites!
See this is one of my favorites that you have done. I never get tired of seeing it. My daughter loves it too.
